About me

Finding your way back to yourself.

We grow up in a world shaped strongly by structure, expectation and the pull of achievement. Some of that can give us something to hold on to and at the same time we sometimes lose the connection to what truly comes from within us.

I felt early on how easily we lose ourselves in expectations. How quickly we shape a version of ourselves that works on the outside, but doesn't feel truly alive. And how empty even the goals we reach can feel, when they do not really come from within us.

Over time it became clear to me: it is not about questioning or rejecting everything. It is about choosing more consciously, sensing what truly belongs to us and what we may simply have taken on.

Today, in online one-to-one guidance, I walk with women as they reconnect with themselves. In a safe space where nothing has to be "right", and whatever is there is simply allowed to be.

After several years in the business world, I studied special education (B.A., M.A.). There I learned how differently people perceive, feel and react. And how deeply our story shapes the way we look at the world today.

As a certified breath coach (Oxygen Advantage by Patrick McKeown), I see the breath as a bridge between body and mind. As a connection between understanding and experiencing. That perspective is part of my work too.
